Our clients are always strained with high medical bills in hospitals, which cripple their income and hence making them susceptible to absolute poverty. Sadly this affects their job performance due to absenteeism perpetuated by ill health. With time they end up losing their jobs.
This has propelled us to, among other interventions, start a school so that our clients’ children get subsidized education. Children usually miss out on education when their guardians are constantly ill and strained with medical bills. So we enrol these children into our school and ensure that they acquire quality education with practical skills for self sustenance.
Since our target populations are the rural and urban poor we have included provision of education services to children through not only our schools but other partnering schools.
